Just a few days ago, three men from Guilin, Guangxi, illegally released drones on a high-speed railway line, and the railway public security department punished them according to law. The Rail Transit Public Security Branch of the Ningbo Municipal Public Security Bureau also seized a case of drone "black flying" and issued a ticket.
Today's railway development is more and more integrated with the concept of green ecological development, insisting that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets", green railways add luster to the new picture of beautiful China. The beautiful scenery along the railway has become a "holy land" for many drone enthusiasts, but do not take off at will, because this will not only endanger the safety of the railway, but also easily cause personal injury and property damage to yourself, which is not worth the loss.
To get to the bottom of the reason, some people are because they do not understand the law and the dangers, while some people have a fluke mentality and a curiosity-hunting mentality.
According to the "Railway Safety Management Regulations", it is prohibited to fly low-altitude floating objects such as kites and balloons within a range of 500 meters on both sides of the railway power line conductors. Those who violate the regulations shall be ordered to make corrections by the public security organs, and may impose a fine of not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan on the unit, and between 500 yuan and 2,000 yuan on the individual. Whoever causes losses to railway transportation enterprises or other units or personal property shall bear civil liability according to law; if a violation of public security management is constituted, the public security organ shall impose public security management punishment according to law; if a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
