Nowadays, all kinds of wireless signal shielding devices are emerging in an endless stream, but no matter what kind of tricks they are renovated, the multi-band signal shielding module in the core component is indispensable. After assembling the signal shielding modules of several frequency bands, accurate It will be a very important step to adjust the center frequency point, frequency offset and bandwidth of each module. So, what are the precautions for the production and debugging of such a multi-band signal jammer?
Compared with signal jammers ten years ago, especially for the types of mobile phone signals, there are not as many mobile phone standards as now. At that time, there were only two standards for mobile phone signals, 2G and 3G, and the mobile phone frequency bands used. Only 4 or 5 are needed. At that time, the workload of debugging a shielding device was relatively small, and technicians usually only needed to adjust the four or five shielding modules one by one. The debugging process is also very simple. Generally, only two adjustable potentiometers are needed to adjust the frequency offset and bandwidth for each shielding module.
However, the current signal shielding device does not only include four or five shielding modules to achieve the shielding effect of all signals, and usually includes at least 10 or even close to 20 shielding modules at every turn. When a multi-band signal jammer has such a large number of shielding modules at the same time, debugging and calibrating each module becomes time-consuming and laborious, and there are also many unexpected effects.
When the technicians debug the frequency of each shielding module one by one, each time one is completed, the setting parameters on the debugging instrument need to be reset for the next frequency band. In this way, it will take a long time to debug a signal shielding device. time. And embarrassingly, after debugging several frequency bands, if you go back to check the module that has just been debugged, you will find that the actual output frequency of the module has some deviations. This requires calibration and tuning again, and so on. The reason is that there are too many frequency bands, there is signal interference between multiple frequency bands, and there is also the reason why the frequency output changes due to the voltage change of the power supply board.
In view of the above problems, we have concluded that the most ideal solution is: according to the number of frequency bands of the multi-band signal jammer, use an equivalent number of spectrum analyzers, and customize a special equipment debugging test bench, one-time At the same time, the signal debugging is carried out for multiple frequency bands. While adjusting the frequency, technicians can visually observe whether each shielding module meets the correct debugging parameters through the waveform display on multiple spectrum analyzers.
